關(guān)于往國(guó)外投論文的一些建議轉(zhuǎn)述如下(經(jīng)過(guò)我的理解、總結(jié)，可能會(huì)有偏差，未必準(zhǔn)確，希望能有參考意義)：
英文語(yǔ)句一定要流暢、易懂，讓人能很容易明白。
論文內(nèi)容最好全面、詳細(xì)些，最好是通過(guò)論文表現(xiàn)出工作具有可重復(fù)性。
在理論分析之后，最好有較好的實(shí)驗(yàn)內(nèi)容和結(jié)果分析。
參考文獻(xiàn)最好要有一些高水平的國(guó)際期刊、會(huì)議的文章。
具體打算發(fā)表到哪一個(gè)期刊的話(huà)，投稿前最好多找些這些期刊的文章看看，一些風(fēng)格、格式可以參考。其網(wǎng)站上一般也都有說(shuō)明，這些都可以網(wǎng)上查閱。比如說(shuō)IEEE 就有模板。
Q. Is there a template available for my specific publication?A. The IEEE provides LaTeX and Word templates that can be used for all final submissions. In addition, the IEEE Transactions On Magnetics has supplied a Word template for creating submissions to TMAG. All of these templates are available for download at the IEEE Author Digital Toolbox page.
Some publications do provide information to their authors that is more specific than the IEEE's general guidelines and in some cases customized templates and instructions are provided as well. 期刊的收費(fèi)問(wèn)題：各個(gè)期刊規(guī)定不一，有些期刊不收費(fèi)用，但據(jù)說(shuō)IEEE下屬的刊物收費(fèi)的居多。不過(guò)相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō)，在這種高水平刊物上發(fā)表文章，花多少錢(qián)應(yīng)該是次要的。上面所列的期刊中，我查了三個(gè)：
《IEEE Transactions on Robotics 》(網(wǎng)址http://www.dis.uniroma1.it/~ieeetro/)規(guī)定是(好像是少于10頁(yè)的不強(qiáng)制交費(fèi))：
Page Charges： A mandatory page charge is imposed on all Regular Papers whose length exceeds ten TRANSACTIONS pages including illustrations. This charge is $175 per page of each page over the first ten based on the final typeset length and not on manuscript length, and is a prerequisite for publication. The same policy applies to Short Papers and Communication Items exceeding five TRANSACTIONS pages.
A voluntary page charge form ($110/page) is sent to the authors with proofs, and the author is encouraged, whenever possible, to make a contribution to defray part of the publication cost. Authors receive 100 free reprints if the charge is honored.
《ROBOTICS AND COMPUTER-INTEGRATED MANUFACTURING》，明確說(shuō)明了免除版面費(fèi)：No page charges: Publication in this journal is free of charge。
《ADVANCED ROBOTICS 》的
規(guī)定不要版面費(fèi)(超過(guò)一定長(zhǎng)度的除外)：There will be no page charges generally; however, an overlength paper may be charged for the publication.
但需要注意的是，文章中包含彩色圖片的話(huà)往往要另外收費(fèi)，而且還很貴。
投稿的步驟，在每一個(gè)期刊的網(wǎng)站都有詳細(xì)說(shuō)明和要求。要找到這些網(wǎng)站，請(qǐng)用google搜索，baidu往往搜不到。
二、容易發(fā)表的英文期刊國(guó)際會(huì)議：
主要會(huì)議：
IEEE的國(guó)際會(huì)議眾多，像ICRA、IROS、ICMA等等都在其內(nèi)，其時(shí)間安排等可參考網(wǎng)址：http://www.ieee-ras.org/conference/calendartec.php及http://ieee-ies.org/conferences/等
國(guó)際(工業(yè))機(jī)器人會(huì)議(ISIR)
國(guó)際工業(yè)機(jī)器人技術(shù)會(huì)議(CIRT)
國(guó)際自控聯(lián)(IFAC，International Federation of Automatic Control)舉辦的年會(huì)
其他會(huì)議可通過(guò)網(wǎng)上搜索或從論文參考文獻(xiàn)中搜集。

注意事項(xiàng)：
發(fā)表會(huì)議論文需要注冊(cè)，注冊(cè)費(fèi)大致上折合2000-5000元人民幣。
國(guó)內(nèi)舉辦的國(guó)際會(huì)議門(mén)檻應(yīng)該低些。
其他要求和期刊文章差不多，但總體要求要低些，較容易發(fā)表。個(gè)別會(huì)議可能要求作者必須出席會(huì)議。
