我的論文被中文核心期刊錄用了，導師說讓我再翻譯成英文的發(fā)表到英文期刊上，這算一稿多投嗎？

應該不可以，其實機器學習計算方面的有很多國際會議可以投稿啊，去年投了ICMLC還不錯成功出版檢索了，跟你文章主題差不多，你可以試試，明年會在澳門開。

將以前的中文核心論文改改能投SCI嗎
